Director of Financial Operations

Salary up to $175,000 + 20% Bonus Potential

We're working with our client to find their next Director of Financial Operations. They are looking for a leader who will guide financial operations and partner closely with executives and department leaders. This is a hands‑on role responsible for overseeing daily financial functions, shaping long‑term strategy, and presenting key financial insights to senior leadership and ownership. This position is fully onsite in Sumner County.

What You’ll Do as the Director of Financial Operations:
- You will play a critical role in both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term financial planning
- Lead all core financial functions including budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, reporting, and financial presentations
- Manage a small team responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations for executive leadership and ownership groups

Requirements of the Director of Financial Operations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate financial insights to executives
- Hands‑on operational approach with a strategic mindset
