Our client, a well‑established and rapidly growing company in Kern County, is seeking a Corporate Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations and provide high‑level administrative support across departments and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to corporate leadership and department heads
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Support office operations including supply coordination, vendor communication, and file management
- Assist with onboarding tasks, internal communications, and company events
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Help streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Serve as an organizational resource for employees and business partners
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, corporate support role, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
