Corporate Administrative Coordinator

Our client, a well‑established and rapidly growing company in Kern County, is seeking a Corporate Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations and provide high‑level administrative support across departments and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to corporate leadership and department heads
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Support office operations including supply coordination, vendor communication, and file management
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, internal communications, and company events
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Help streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Serve as an organizational resource for employees and business partners

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, corporate support role, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
