Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our client's team and play a key role in managing the day‑to‑day accounting functions. What You’ll Do
As the Bookkeeper, you will manage essential financial activities that support the health and efficiency of the operations, including:
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (approx. 10–20 weekly, 50–60 monthly)
- Reconcile donations received through auto-payments, ACH, and cash
- Accurately process, record, and deposit incoming checks
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma required; additional education in accounting or finance is preferred
