Title: EDI Lead
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
Work Environment: Onsite (5 Days per week)
Location: Wheeling, IL

EDI Lead
Responsibilities:

• Maintain EDI Systems, update trading partners, and facilitate updates
• Lead, mentor and train EDI coordinator team on processes and best practices
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and industry standards
• Conduct document changes to EDI processes, advanced research projects, and audits of EDI systems
• Be hands on with supporting EDI coordinators with complex import errors and other issues as they arise
• Creates documentation/ training documents that helps manage processes
• Consult with managers to implement new computer systems
• Understand user requirements and procedures

EDI Lead
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 years of experience managing EDI systems and onboarding EDI partners
• Knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and AS2 is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and integration tools (IBM Sterling, Cleo, or similar)
• Well-versed with the 800 series of EDI transactions
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
