Plant Accountant – Lehigh Acres, FL - Must be able to go to office 5 days a week

We’re hiring a Plant Accountant to support a $10M precast manufacturing facility producing high-volume concrete panels. This role partners closely with operations and finance, with a focus on cost accounting, inventory accuracy, and monthly close.

What You’ll Do

• Manage plant expenses, vendor invoices, and monthly reconciliations

• Oversee inventory accuracy (receiving, counts, adjustments, costing)

• Maintain daily KPIs and support monthly close + financial statements

• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and account reconciliations

• Analyze direct/overhead costs vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods

• Manage PO process and fixed asset capitalization

• Support budgeting, standard cost updates, and ad-hoc analysis

What We’re Looking For

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

• 1–2+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred

• Cost accounting & inventory experience a plus

• Strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle preferred)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a plant environment
