Bookkeeper – $55,000–$65,000 | Dayton, OH area | Full-Time
We’re working with a growing organization that’s looking to add a dependable Bookkeeper to their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping the numbers clean, staying organized, and being the go-to person for day-to-day accounting. You’ll have real ownership of the books and the chance to grow with a company that values stability and teamwork.
What you’ll be doing
• Handling daily accounting activity including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Keeping financial records accurate, organized, and up to date
• Supporting month-end and year-end close
• Providing reliable financial data to help with budgeting and forecasting
• Working closely with leadership to keep financial operations running smoothly
What they’re looking for
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• Someone who can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate well with others
