About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional for a newly created role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee approximately 20 properties across the U.S.
  • Coordinate appraisals, bids, and vendor relationships (landscaping, security, maintenance, etc.)
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for taxes, utilities, and payments
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and ongoing service contracts
  • Research and cold-call vendors and suppliers to source competitive bids
  • Generate reports and provide updates to leadership
  • Act as the go-to person for property-related support and problem-solving

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in facilities coordination, office management, operations support, or vendor management is a plus
  • Commercial real estate or property management experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Details

  • Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour plus benefits, PTO, other company offerings
