Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant / Administrative Professional will serve as the right hand to leadership, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide high-level calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for executive leadership
- Act as gatekeeper and liaison between executives, clients, internal staff, and external partners
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate internal meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items
- Assist with compliance documentation, licensing paperwork, and regulatory filings as needed
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Support office operations including vendor coordination, supply management, and facility-related needs
- Help manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant / Administrative Professional or senior administrative role
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- High level of discretion handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong client-facing capabilities
- Experience supporting senior leadership or ownership-level executives preferred
