Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000

Key Responsibilities
Manage general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and full-cycle accounting processes
Lead and support the month-end close process, ensuring completion within 10 business days
Maintain and reconcile financial statements across 33 site/location-level entities
Oversee multi-entity accounting within a complex organizational structure
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across all locations
Prepare schedules and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements
Support daily accounting operations and assist with transactional oversight as needed
Contribute to system integrations and reporting enhancements, including initiatives involving Paycom, Sage, and Power BI
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and technology
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong technical accounting foundation, including month-end close, journal entries, and full-cycle accounting
Experience working in a multi-entity environment with complex organizational structures
Proficiency in accounting systems and reporting tools; exposure to Paycom, Sage, or Power BI is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
