Job Title: IT Manager
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 Based on Experience
Location: Medfield, MA ( Hybrid Possibility)
Employment Type: Direct Hire

What will the IT Manager do?
- Lead internal IT operations supporting employees across multiple geographic regions
- Oversee and mentor two IT professionals, providing guidance, structure, and accountability
- Own hands-on troubleshooting and administration of:
- Local VPN environments
- AWS-hosted applications and S3 storage
- Meraki-based network components
- Windows-heavy systems and infrastructure tools
- Take ownership of an inherited environment
- Serve as the top escalation point for complex technical issues across desktops, networks, and cloud systems
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems, improve reliability, and drive technology innovation
- Promote strong cybersecurity hygiene and ensure adherence to operational best practices
- Perform additional duties as necessary to maintain stability and continuity across all IT operations
What the organization needs in an IT Manager:
- Proven experience leading IT environments with a hands-on approach
- Ability to coach and develop junior team members
- Strong technical experience across Windows infrastructure, VPNs, AWS services, SaaS platforms, and modern network tools
