Job Title: IT Manager

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 Based on Experience
Location: Medfield, MA ( Hybrid Possibility)
Employment Type: Direct Hire

What will the IT Manager do?

  • Lead internal IT operations supporting employees across multiple geographic regions
  • Oversee and mentor two IT professionals, providing guidance, structure, and accountability
  • Own hands-on troubleshooting and administration of:
    • Local VPN environments
    • AWS-hosted applications and S3 storage
    • Meraki-based network components
    • Windows-heavy systems and infrastructure tools
  • Take ownership of an inherited environment
  • Serve as the top escalation point for complex technical issues across desktops, networks, and cloud systems
  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify opportunities to streamline systems, improve reliability, and drive technology innovation
  • Promote strong cybersecurity hygiene and ensure adherence to operational best practices
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to maintain stability and continuity across all IT operations

What the organization needs in an IT Manager:

  • Proven experience leading IT environments with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to coach and develop junior team members
  • Strong technical experience across Windows infrastructure, VPNs, AWS services, SaaS platforms, and modern network tools
  • Polished communication skills and comfort working closely with leadership
  • Strong documentation habits and ability to introduce structure into evolving environments
  • Energetic, self-driven mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Independently resourceful with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Remote-ready with strong time management and follow‑through

  • Experience supporting distributed or multinational teams
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity processes or compliance frameworks
  • Prior exposure to MSP workflows or mixed technology stacks
  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Report Builder)
