Controller – Divisional/Multi-Site

Salary: $130-160K + Bonus

Top Functional Tasks of the Controller:

• Multi-Site Controller role, leading and mentoring accounting staff with day-to-day oversight and review of workflow.
• Finance business partnering and KPI support for operations (proactive data & analysis).
• Ensure timely, accurate close process, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support two manufacturing sites, coordinate between US and overseas HQ, manage monthly/quarterly/annual close, lead process improvement and automation.
• The Controller is the key support operational decision-making.
• Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller

• BS Accounting
• 5+ years’ experience as a proven finance leader within a manufacturing environment (preferably a high volume manufacturer)
