Title: Finance Manager
Location: Clearwater, FL
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering with department leaders to develop detailed operating and capital budgets
  • Own the monthly forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making
  • Perform in-depth variance analysis (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual) and present actionable insights to leadership
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new facility launches, expansion initiatives, and capital investments
  • Analyze revenue trends, pricing strategies, and margin performance across locations to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with operations leadership to track KPIs, improve profitability, and drive data-backed decision-making
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reporting packages for executive leadership and board-level visibility
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk, cash flow impact, and long-term financial sustainability
  • Support long-range financial planning and strategic growth initiatives across the organization
  • Evaluate cost structures and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure financial statements are prepared in compliance with GAAP and internal policies
  • Strengthen internal controls and support audit requirements as needed

Qualifications for the Finance Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in public accounting, corporate finance, or FP&A (public accounting foundation strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
  • Proven ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting packages
  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling); experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience supporting growth initiatives such as new location launches, capital investments, or expansion modeling preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence presenting financial insights to leadership
  • Comfortable with light travel
