$75k - $110k Annually

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a well‑established, values‑driven organization in Central Ohio that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This is a critical hire and finding someone who is collaborative, grounded, and an exceptional culture fit is the top priority.

You will work onsite in a comfortable, modern office environment with dedicated workspace and onsite parking. Flexible hours are offered, with the understanding that some recruiting activities may occasionally happen after 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure strong values alignment
  • Conduct screening, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Support and enhance onboarding and orientation programs
  • Build strong relationships across multiple Ohio locations
  • Assist with general HR functions, including basic employee relations
  • Contribute to a culture focused on coaching, development, and retention

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Excellent character, integrity, and professional values
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a cohesive team
  • Flexibility and comfort supporting other areas of HR as needed
  • Openness to learning, taking initiative, and helping wherever needed

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Familiarity with ADP or Workday
