About the Opportunity
We are supporting a well‑established, values‑driven organization in Central Ohio that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This is a critical hire and finding someone who is collaborative, grounded, and an exceptional culture fit is the top priority.
You will work onsite in a comfortable, modern office environment with dedicated workspace and onsite parking. Flexible hours are offered, with the understanding that some recruiting activities may occasionally happen after 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure strong values alignment
- Conduct screening, interviewing, and selection processes
- Support and enhance onboarding and orientation programs
- Build strong relationships across multiple Ohio locations
- Assist with general HR functions, including basic employee relations
- Contribute to a culture focused on coaching, development, and retention
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent character, integrity, and professional values
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Flexibility and comfort supporting other areas of HR as needed
- Openness to learning, taking initiative, and helping wherever needed
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Familiarity with ADP or Workday
