Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $120,000–$190,000 + Performance Bonus

What You’ll Lead
- Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and property-level accounting
- Direct month-end and year-end close; prepare and review consolidated GAAP financial statements
- Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and audit preparedness
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the portfolio
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and capital expenditure oversight
- Own finance systems strategy and drive implementation and process improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing accounting team while partnering cross-functionally with operations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years at the Controller or senior leadership level
- Property-level accounting experience required
- Background in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, multifamily, or other multi-site environments preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls expertise
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with modern accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Ramp, Yardi, Sage Intacct)
- A leadership mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
