POSITION DESCRIPTION

ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN

•Perform preventative maintenance repairs (e.g., drinking water systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, VMA’s water lines, water filtration and pumps).

•Respond to trouble reports based in hot/cold priority.

•Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical controls, refrigeration systems and pressurized hydronic systems.

•Perform flame checks on burners and install new duct work, pneumatics, plumbing, electric and other equipment as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Vocational/technical training in HVAC
• Three (3) years of experience with HVAC systems
• Must maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license
• Universal EPA certification is required
• Full-Time position Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
