POSITION DESCRIPTION

PAINTER

• Prepare work area and surfaces for painting, finishing or wall covering.

• Mask/tape areas for painting and cover floors and furniture with drop cloths.

• Repair surfaces by scraping, patching, plastering, sanding and filling cracks and holes.

• Use rollers, brushes and/or electronic painting tools to stain and varnish walls, stairwells, fixtures, furniture, curbs, exterior surfaces, doors, posts and floors.

• Utilize lift equipment to reach high surfaces.

• Mix paints and select colors to match existing surface or décor.

• Paint decorative stencils.

• Move furniture, clean, and reset work area when work has been completed.

• High School diploma or GED

• Three (3) years of commercial painting experience

• Valid Ohio driver's license

• Full-Time position

• Monday - Friday

7:30am - 4:30pm
