Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: $ 65,000-$70,000

Key Responsibilities (Legal Billing Specialist):

• Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelines
• Work directly with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely billing
• Maintain and update billing records, including client and matter setups, rate adjustments, and special billing arrangements\

Qualifications (Legal Billing Specialist):

• High School Diploma required Legal Billing Specialist
• 2–3 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
