What You’ll Do:

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, benefits deductions, and PTO tracking
• Reconcile payroll reports and support month-end activities
• Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
