What You’ll Do:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, benefits deductions, and PTO tracking
- Reconcile payroll reports and support month-end activities
- Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
