Billing Assistant
- Prepare, process, and maintain billing records and documentation
- Enter vendor invoices and billing data into the system
- Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billing information
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve billing issues, and track payment discrepancies
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Billing Assistant:
- The Billing Assistant should have knowledge of billing procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, and databases.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and problem-solving skills.
- Strong general software skills. Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to function effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team and work independently..
- Ability to stay organized and make the necessary amount of collections communications.
- High School Diploma is required at a minimum.
- Associate Degree in Finance or Business or equivalent relevant training and experience preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in accounting, AP, or billing
