Title: Tax Accountant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected corporate employer in Indianapolis seeking a Tax Accountant. This role focuses on tax compliance and planning for partnerships and C-corporations, offering the stability of an in-house environment rather than public accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships and C-corps
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions and filings
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex partnership and corporate issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and optimize tax positions
• Support audits and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of tax accounting experience with partnerships and C-corps
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software
