AP/AR Specialist – $60,000–$70,000 | Cincinnati, OH area | Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid

Do you enjoy keeping things organized and making sure the details are right the first time? We’re adding an AP/AR Specialist to our Cincinnati/Dayton team to manage vendor payments and support the day-to-day flow of financial operations. What you’ll be responsible for:

• Entering and reviewing invoices with correct approvals and GL coding
• Coordinating weekly payment runs, preparing checks, and processing ACH payments
• Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Keeping AP files, records, and documentation accurate and up to date
• Assisting with month-end by supplying reports and AP support
• Helping identify ways to improve and streamline AP processes

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting
• Strong organization skills and sharp attention to detail
• Comfort working in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Business Central, SAP, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach
