Job Title: Technical Writer

Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products, services, or processes. This includes manuals, help guides, technical specifications, and online resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and FAQs
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and clarify information
• Organize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Update existing documentation based on product updates and user feedback
• Adhere to style guides and document standards
• Manage documentation projects and timelines as needed

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a technical field (preferred but not required)
• 6+ Years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience as a technical writer or in a relevant role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
• Experience with IXIASOFT
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Git)
• Able to speak & write English fluently
• Experience with multimedia documentation (screenshots, diagrams, video) is a plus
