Additional benefits include commuter benefits, a 401K plan with matching, a referral bonus program, and paid/unpaid leave as required by law.Position Overview:The Rebalancing and Trading Consultant will be a motivated, detail-oriented professional dedicated to efficiency and accuracy within trading operations. This role is responsible for piloting order generation, portfolio accounting, and client workflow tools to rebalance portfolios in accordance with portfolio manager and client guidelines. The consultant will ensure timely execution of portfolio manager-directed model changes, complete client requests, and track daily account activity versus model subscription.Key Responsibilities:- Daily rebalancing of portfolios, with a primary focus on Tax Loss Harvesting requests.- Participate in daily rebalancing via model updates, cash flows, and investment objective changes.- Perform daily portfolio drift analysis and execute trades.- Ensure compliance and adherence to procedural documentation.- Maintain meticulous trade operations, including portfolio servicing, onboarding, compliance, accounting, reconciliation, and data integrity.- Collaborate with internal and external model managers, technology, and support teams.- Partner with other departments to resolve exceptions and build operational scale.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong understanding of investment products, trade life cycle, and investment operations.- Ability to efficiently prioritize time-sensitive tasks and escalate as necessary.- Composed demeanor in high-stress situations.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey challenges and opportunities to senior management.- Goal-oriented, with a drive to follow improvements through to resolution.- Technical aptitude and systems knowledge; quick to learn new trading applications.- Highly thorough in executing complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or business impact.- In-depth industry knowledge; highly flexible and adaptable to change.Equal Opportunity Employer:Spectraforce is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other category protected by law.
