Job Description: Shared Services Coordinator
Location: Seattle, WA, 98134
Duration: 6 months’ Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, Onsite 5 days week, 7am - 4pm PST
 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Maintain shared receptionist calendar for office events.
  • Sitting at the front desk at SSC.
  • PRO Shared Services, HR operations from the first desk.
  • Issue temp badges.
  • Check in/Out.
  • Lost and found.
  • Luggage.
  • Responding to questions in a shared inbox.
  • Answering emails, passing them along to the correct department.
  • Gathering timecard data for workers comp claims in CAD.
  • I9 re-verification reach outs, sending 90/180-day reminders to update.
  • Supporting the labor lab posters for the stores (confirm if needed placing orders).
 Requirements & Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a larger highly matrixed company.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR system (any sort, team is currently using SAP Logon, will move to internal tool).
 Required background:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • General business support experience.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal).
  • Abi8lity to use resources to find answers to unknown questions.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities (2-4 years).
  • Customer Service skills (2-4 years).
 Nice-to-Haves:
  • Process improvement.
  • Efficiency focused.
  • Similar customer support experience, business to business.
