Position Title: Analyst, Supply Chain Management & Systems
Work Location: Summit, NJ / Seattle, WA (Seattle is preferred location)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% Onsite
Position Summary:
Our organization is seeking a dynamic individual to join a motivated team of materials management and supply chain professionals. This individual is expected to efficiently manage supply planning activities, bill of materials data management, analysis of network material supply and demand, identifying key issues, supply/demand trends and work with the appropriate level of urgency to support cell therapy operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Joining a team of highly qualified materials management and supply chain professionals, this individual will lead the development and management of planning bill of materials, demand capturing, supply planning analytics, and strategies to maintain target inventory levels to support cell therapy product manufacturing, quality control, and development.

Lead initiatives related to network materials planning including, new product launches, tech transfers, material life-cycle management, onboarding of new materials, and planning master data parameters.

Optimize network material supply chain and operations in partnership with other functional areas. Support inventory model for raw materials, components, and reagents, ensuring that production demands are continuously met through periods of high growth and expansion.

Develop and establish standard work measurement for all internal material activities that improve bill of materials planning and raw material utilization. Proven record of developing and implementing a supply chain for rapid scale growth with high value and high-volume raw materials in a regulated environment.

Act as a source of knowledge in areas of supply chain best practices and methodologies such as bill of materials, planning, and inventory management. Mitigate material shortages by demonstrating diligence and urgency in managing material commitments consistent with financial implications and reasonable business dynamics.

Work cohesively with cross-functional teams in support of operational efficiency, flexibility, and assurance of material availability. Lead and implement process improvements by maintaining open communication with all teams and fostering environment of cooperation to achieve shared goals.

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Bill of materials, material onboarding, and SME impact assessment for change management initiatives. Lead planning bill of materials periodic reviews with various cross-functional groups.

Partner with various network cross-functional groups to ensure consistency with the SD&OP plans via MRP functionality and Network allocations.

Responsible for supporting applicable SOPs, and work instruction for alignment with all required global and site policies and procedures.

Establish and track key metrics and performance indicators to monitor the performance of master data parameters to improve materials planning and management operations. Training of new staff as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in applied science

6+ years relevant experience
-
3+ years’ relevant experience with materials management and/or supply planning within cGMP operations in matrixed organization with multi-level setup

Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills

Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude that is willing to assist other areas of the organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong focus and attention to detail

Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and main a strong attention to detail.

Ability to perform frequent physical tasks with strength and mobility. Flexible scheduling required.

Proficiency in ERP and systems (I.e., Oracle, SAP, QAD)

Material BOM (Bill of Materials) experience is preferred.
