Job Description:
The US Security Administration and Operations Analyst is responsible for administering user and system profile access and is the primary technical writer for infosec procedures. This position ensures that previously defined or newly created controls and procedures are followed and that requests are satisfied in a timely and accurate manner while also managing periodic access certifications and contributing to project work, Regulatory Exams, and Audits
 
Must Have Requirement:

• Banking industry experience or previous experience in a similar role within enterprise environment
• Service Now
• SailPoint
• NetIQ
• Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Excellent ability to clearly and accurately communicate procedural concepts
• Experience with direct customer interaction internal and external
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of support activities and resolutions.

 
Nice to Have:

• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of IT systems and environments; prior experience in an IT support role is preferred.
• A university degree in Information or Technology Management
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Proficiency writing procedure documentation, quick-start guides etc.
• Experience using Visio to create diagrams to define process flows

• Ability to explain technical processes in basic terms
• Exceptional written English skills, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and grammar
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Excellent organizational, time management, project coordination and customer service skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
