Title: IT Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 months (RTH)

Day to Day:

1. Coordination with application owners
2. Communication and Documentation
3. Not a Scrum Environment, kind of a waterfall environment, but not really

 
Projects in Pipeline:

1. End-of-Life Remediations
   1. Understand technologies and project timelines for end dates
2. Vulnerability Management
   1. Not Primary Focus, but this will be coming down the road
3. Data Center Migration
   1. There is already a PM overseeing this project; however, this PM might get involved in this project as well

Skill Sets:

1. MINIMUM 10 Years of experience, ideally wants more experience, because this gives more experience and breadth of projects
   1. Need to be able to hit the ground running with minimum training
2. PMP Certification Must Have Education, not important
3. Must have cloud AWS Cloud experience ( be able to understand what moving an application to the cloud means, and how this process happens)
   1. Not all applications are in the cloud at the client; however, more are moving towards the cloud
4. Understand underlying technologies
   1. Windows
   2. Middleware
   3. Linux
   4. .Net
   5. Development

** Overall depth of technologies across an organization, they don’t need to understand all technologies**

1. Data Management- Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Pivot Tables
   1. Pivot Tables are going to be tested on Interviews
   2. Do they know how to organize and use data? 
   3. Large Datasets and understanding large Data Sets
2. AI Interest
   1. Candidates don’t need to have hands-on AI experience, but must have an interest in/ believe in AI, as this is a huge initiative for the client.

 
Industry Experience: Extremely beneficial for someone to come from a financial background.. Insurance experience is OK, but not as translatable
