Job Description
Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 months
Hours of operation are M-F 8am to 12am EST
(Open to any USA time zone)
Description:
This is a key business role supporting the Solutions team. This is a support role. The successful candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization and assist the Solution team in supporting GBT's commercial teams with pricing and contracting processes.
What you’ll do:
Salesforce Management: Support Salesforce operations as directed by the Solution team
Data Translation: Interpret and transfer data from excel to Salesforce Project Plans
Process Support: Support GBT's Statement of Work (SOW) processes and procedures
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed to support team objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Required Qualifications
SALESFORCE experience - heavy data entry from EXCEL
Language Skills: Fluent in verbal and written English
Organizational Abilities: Strong analytical, coordination, and organizational skills
Time Management: Ability to manage both self-paced and time-sensitive deliverables effectively
DATA entry role that requires detail-oriented with ability to research and resolve issues within short timeframes
Independence: Capable of working autonomously under remote leadership and high-pressure situations
Flexibility: Available to participate in conference calls outside normal business hours to accommodate global time zones (UK/US time zone operations may be required)
Mindset: Passion for driving continuous improvement and business transformation
Background in commercial Support roles
Experience working in global, multi-time zone environments
