Job Description:
Dealing with the customer is important. Client wants the person on all troubleshooting calls, even if what is broken has nothing to do with teh client. There is a lot of down time because when they don't have anything to troubleshoot there is not much to do (that is most of their job). I believe the contractor can log 40 hrs a week even during the downtime since it's kind of "on call"
