Job Title: Administrative Support
Location: 2987 District Ave #120, Fairfax, VA 22031
Length: 13 weeks
Shift:
Monday–Friday

Opening: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Closing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Will alternate shifts; weekly schedule given upon hire)
Experience / Additional Details:
-
Local or previous travel experience in VA required
-
Schedule management and scanning
-
Appropriate follow-up regarding scheduling
-
Strong knowledge of billing and insurance
-
Monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary

All front-of-house duties including:
-
Check-in/check-out
-
Insurance verification
-
Printing/paperwork tasks
-
Copay collection
-
-
Supporting in-office providers with ad hoc asks and desktop management
-
Perform opening and closing duties daily
-
Office upkeep, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee-facing spaces

Restocking supplies in waiting room, exam rooms, and restrooms

Organization
Requirements:
-
12 months of relevant work experience in customer service
-
Healthcare experience preferred
