Tittle: Field Service Technician II
Location: Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding area
Shift Hrs: Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with an on call rotation for weekends and afterhours
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Hire)

- Is this position remote or in person? In Person
- What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch service for break fix calls including pc's, laptops, printers, pos, and many other assorted products
- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically
- What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with an on call rotation for weekends and afterhours
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1 to 2 years field service experience is needed, more is preferred.
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? No.
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $18/hr Can potentially go to $20/hr+ if Candidate has a Current CompTIA A+.
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Potentially up to 100 mi, but most days should be less.
- What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding area
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a project leader or manager
