Job Description
Bill rate is $78.00RemoteSenior Quality Analyst– Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain system documentation (URS, SRS, test and validation protocols) to support Supplier Quality system implementation and compliance.Evaluate and update all supplier risk levels, we are in the process of transitioning procedures.Update procedures and support training and change management for Supplier Quality system releases.Act as Supplier Quality Analyst and Approver for change requests in Supplier Quality system; collaborate with sites in PR/DR/IRV on supplier quality activities.Oversee supplier file accuracy and implement change requests in Supplier Quality system.Manage intake and tracking of supplier change requests (NOCs).Lead procedure simplification, data cleanup for migration, and QMS alignment initiatives. Windchill/PLM experience/ TeamcenterMicrosoft experienceHigh attention to detailISO 13485 knowledge/ familiarityAble to work with minimal supervisionRemote preferably in Irvine CA, M-F most of the team works pacific timezoneSummary: The main function is to support corporate quality strategic initiatives by working with business representatives to understand, and document the business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows. Partner effectively with all levels of the organization to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and escalate as required. Work with IT to develop functional specifications and act as Subject Matter Expert for the proposed solutions. Work with the Corporate Quality PMO to ensure solutions are successfully developed, deployed and sustained in line with overall Corporate Quality objectives.Key Responsibilities: Lead small scale projects where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and/or requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Drive to resolve these issues completely and with speed by leveraging your network of key contacts outside your own area of expertise. Drive improvement of current practices and work with the appropriate functions to implement changes or participate in their implementation.Additional Skills: Experience in a quality and/or manufacturing environment in the medical device industry required Proven expertise in MS Office Suite Good project management skills and related software tools preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in in related field of study Experience in a quality and/or manufacturing environment in the medical device industry required 5-7 years of experience required.
