Job Title: Payroll Clerk
Duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 (Hybrid role in AZ onsite Mon, Tues and Wed)

Responsibilities:

• Input data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards to computerized payroll system.
• Balance payroll runs.
• Produce federal, state, and local tax payments.
• Answer employee questions and troubleshoot issues.

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

 Supervision:

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Reports to a supervisor or manager.
