Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Length of Contract: 12 months (Possibility of extension/possibility of conversion into FTE)
Working Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 2 days in office - Monday & Tuesday)
Hours of Operation: 9-5 EST (may vary at certain times depending on the advisory team’s time zone)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors.
  • Open and set up client accounts.
  • Follow up on transfers.
  • Additional tasks include policy review and escalation management.
  • Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers.
Must Have Requirements:
  • 1 + years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings, transfers (ideally in Wealth Operations but open to everyday banking operations).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Savvy with technology and data.
  • Experience in escalations and policy review.
Nice to Have:
  • Motivated to learn.
  • Interest in learning platforms.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Bilingual - French & English.
Education:
  • Post-Secondary
