  • Delivering sales proposals to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Actively seeking out new customers and retail opportunities.
  • Managing customer inventory levels and ensuring optimal visual merchandising through the analysis of sales reports.
  • Efficiently processing orders and quotes using company systems.
  • Providing timely responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels, while effectively resolving any issues.
  • Assessing customer needs and delivering personalized service.
  • Promoting company products or services and fostering their growth throughout the sales cycle.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure effectively.
  • Meeting and surpassing sales goals and quotas through innovative approaches.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in company programs, packages, and systems to aid account growth.
  • Educating customers on brand, products, and services.
  • Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing sales performance.
  • Monitoring competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with retailers, staff, and sales associates.
  • Conducting thorough market and industry research.
  • Negotiating with both current and potential customers.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of sales leads.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, accounting, customer service, and production departments.
  • Participating in semi-annual inventory clean-up and updating of pricing tags.
  • Planning and attending various shows, such as trunk shows, private shows, and trade shows, as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Outside Sales within the Luxury Jewelry/Diamonds Industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
  • Familiarity with diverse sales techniques and pitches.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude.
  • Highly developed attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel to retail stores, sales meetings, and trade shows.
  • Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Full availability for travel across the entire US territory.
