Job Description

About the Role:

As a Sales Enablement Learning Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to design and build a variety of sales enablement training programs, courses, and assets to help develop knowledge and skills across our sales teams. If you are a creative individual who enjoys designing workshops, editing videos, creating graphics, outlining courses, streamlining copy, facilitating instructor-led training, and crafting visually compelling slides, then this role may be a perfect fit for you!

 

As a key member of the Learning Design team, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to produce a wide variety of content, including:

  • Live Instructor-Led Workshops: Both in-person and virtual (ILT & VILT).
  • On-Demand Courses: E-learning courses and just-in-time content.
  • Job Aids: Simple, clear instructions and guides on how to perform tasks in sales.
  • Additional Sales Enablement Tools: Videos, infographics, slide decks, logos, flow charts, diagrams, and more!

 

What You’ll Do:

Design

  • Curriculum Design: Define the scope, objectives, storyboard, and outlines for training programs and learning paths to meet the sales team's learning needs.
  • Lesson Design: Design interactive assets, courseware, and videos using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles and international audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work with program managers and subject matter experts to develop content.

Content Creation

  • Create & Edit Lessons: Write, develop, and update lesson content.
  • E-Learning: Design and develop interactive online courses using Articulate Rise 360.
  • Presentation Design: Create visually appealing slide decks for training programs.
  • Interactive Learning Experiences: Design engaging activities and assignments to ensure learners can practice and refine what they learn.
  • Assessments: Design quizzes, knowledge checks, assessments, certifications, and skills-based evaluations to ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Video & Podcasts: Create storyboards, write scripts, record voiceovers, and produce and edit video and podcast content.
  • Graphic Design: Create logos, diagrams, infographics, process flowcharts, and other visual content for learning programs.
  • LMS & Content Management: Upload and manage courses in various LMS and CMS systems.

Learning Assessment & Consulting

  • Needs Analysis: Evaluate skills gaps and recommend solutions through training, enablement, and coaching.
  • Measure Program Success: Collaborate with program managers to determine how to measure the success of learning programs using the Kirkpatrick model.
  • Advice & Consulting: Offer advice, expertise, and ideas to program managers and trainers to improve enablement programs based on learning best practices.

 

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning & development.
  • An eye for design: Ability to create visually appealing courses, content, diagrams, and slides that are clean, modern, and well laid out.
  • Simplify Complex Concepts: Ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms and organize them in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Experience with Common Sales Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, etc.
  • Experience with Design Tools: Proficiency with authoring, multimedia, and graphics tools, including Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia Video Editing, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to Manage Work in a Remote Environment: Capable of working independently and in teams, balancing multiple projects, and prioritizing time effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

 

A portfolio showcasing your previous work in instructional design, content creation, and graphic design is required.
