Job Description

Job Title: Distributor Sales Development Coordinator
Location: St Paul, MN 55102 (Hybrid; In office Tu/W, weekly meetings on W in office)
Duration: 7+ Months
Schedule: 07:30 AM-04:00 PM [Lunch: 12:00 PM-12:30 PM]


Job Responsibilities
  • This role will be supporting the Distributor Sales Development Coordinator team who serve as a liaison dedicted to supporting partnerships within all types of distributors in the Institutional division.  Work completed will impact top line sales growth, reduce operating expenses and deliver customer satisfaction are key drivers of the role. 
  • Focus on internal processes such as reporting, order management and return policy
  • Analyze data and emails and assist with follow up to internal and external departments
  • Support chemical category management through product stocking activities
  • Assist with top line leads and data review
Assist with initiatives with our internal depts such as credit, customer service, supply chain, billing, marketing, logistics and distributor finance.

Required Skills:
  • Written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills and a self-starter
  • Intermediate to Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Sales or customer service related experience
  • Strong organizational, executing, strategic skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Degree in Business
  • Proven analytical/problem solving skills
  • Proct Management experience
Technology Requirement:
Intermediate to Advance proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Interaction Level with Management: High, daily interaction with team and management, working with various other teams (supply chain, logistics, finance, etc.) and distributors

Education/Experience Requirement: Degree not required but strongly preferred.
Education Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Business
