The Sales Analyst III will support and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales administration function, ensuring the sales organization is effectively supported and that sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively.
This role will oversee complex sales administration activities, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners, and support operational excellence across sales-related functions.

• Manage and coordinate daily sales administration activities to ensure operational effectiveness and achievement of business objectives.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule workload to maximize resource utilization and ensure service level expectations are met.
• Monitor sales administration processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment of sales support activities with current and future business needs.
• Review and oversee complex sales transactions and orders to maintain customer satisfaction and operational compliance.
• Analyze sales-related data, trends, and operational metrics to support business decision-making.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to sales administration personnel and stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of sales operations processes and reporting.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales administration, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience supporting sales organizations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes, prioritize competing responsibilities, and drive operational improvements.
