Position Overview

WCS is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for an inpatient acute care setting. Candidates must have at least 1.5 years of recent Med/Surg experience, with oncology experience strongly preferred. Hematology/Oncology, Telemetry, and Chemo/Biotherapy administration experience are highly desirable.

Schedule

• Day Shift (AM)
• 11.5-hour shifts
• 3 shifts per week (35 hours/week)
• 13 shifts per 28-day schedule
• 60-minute meal break included

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1.5 years of Med/Surg experience
• Oncology experience preferred
• Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Chemo/Biotherapy administration experience preferred
• BSN highly preferred
• OCN certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care to hospitalized oncology patients
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
