Job Description

Title: Response Team Analyst III
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (TX)

 
Responsibilities
  • Handle a large volume of incoming requests based on specific market needs.
  • Maintain the SLA and productivity within set parameters.
  • Prepare responses that conform to applicable policies, governing style, and format.
  • Triage and review incoming material and independently determine the need for assembly and preparation of an escalation.
  • Clearly respond to process and policy questions from external parties and internal partners
  • Identify legal deficiencies of the legal processes and inquiries or policy misalignment and notify and assist appropriate partners and/or counsel.
  • Conduct relevant research and use data to support escalations and business cases with understanding operational risks.
  • Provide support to FTEs on operational projects, as needed.
  • Support Leadership with requests for operational workstreams.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or corporate policy or legal department
  • Experience with various computer systems, internet technology and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently relevant internal technology, platforms, and tools.
  • Ability to work with flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Self-starter and sustained self-driven productivity.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing work time without compromising quality.
  • Experience working independently and using judgment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, excellent judgment, sense of responsibility, diplomacy, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player, ability to work well with other team members to achieve objectives on an often-short timeline
  • Use of good judgment in handling sensitive matters and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Fluency in reading and analyzing legal documents in Portuguese and Spanish
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a tech company or with tech clients.
