Job Description

Job Title: Resource Planning Associate Representative
Duration: 6+ Months
Shift: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
Location: 100% Remote
Language - Spanish & English (read, write, and speak)

Notes: This is remote but the worker must be in their permanent residence.Worker must be bilingual (Spanish) and be able to read, write, and speak in English and Spanish.

Must have a quiet, private working environment with no distractions. Internet must be hard wired - internet speed of 5mbps downstream and 2 mbps upstream. Candidate must not take time off in the first  2 weeks of employment.
  • If you are selected for the position and accept the offer it is required that you have a workspace at your home that is free from noise and distractions. Your workspace should not have background conversations, noises, music, or distractions other then the daily job functions. 
  • No time off can be taken during the training or the first few weeks during nesting this can be about 2-3 weeks. Candidates are expected to be on camera throughout the entirety of the training.

Role Summary
Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. Maintains and distributes reports/documents, maintains files, and provides general administrative support. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Resource Planning duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles.

Skills:

  • 2-3 years outbound call center experience (scheduling experience preferred) and /or customer service experience.
  • Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors Inbound call center experience is a plus MUST have basic computer skills.
  • Ability to convey information to customers in a warm, clear, concise manner
  • 1 year direct sales experience, over the phone preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience of health care related work, sales preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with insurance verification portals
  • Experience with electronic medical records
  • Preferred 50 WPM
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • “Self-starter” attitude

Top 3 Non-Negotiable Skills

  • Direct Sales Experience
  • Experience in insurance verification portals
  • Direct scheduling experience in a medical setting
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred.
  • Scheduling experience in  a medical setting 2 years
  • Sales outbound calling 2 years + 

Languages:
  • English (Read, Write, Speak)
