Recruiter: IV (Lead)

Location: Brentwood, TN, 37027
Work Environment: Hybrid ( 3 days a week onsite )
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40hrs/week
Contract length: 2 months assignment with possible extensions

Job Description:

This position is responsible for high volume sourcing & screening of field based positions throughout the VIP Petcare field office network.

Day to Day:
1. Work to source and hire qualified candidates for mobile clinics at designated field offices.

2. Interview and screen applicants for applicable background and skills, culture fit, and the ability to fit into the organization and function effectively.

3. Communicate VIP Petcare job requirements to candidates.

4. Research for resources to recruit the best talent for open positions.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be comfortable speaking with field based hiring managers and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and creative skills.
•  Knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices and best practices in recruiting.
• Experience with all Microsoft applications is required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered

Pluses: Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
