Title- Recruiter III Location- New York, NY 10285 (Hybrid) Duration- 6+ months
Description:
Sources, screens, interviews, makes offers and work directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.
Prefer a minimum 3+ years of experience in the recruitment preferrable corporate recruiting.
Familiar MS Office required and Oracle Recruitment Cloud is an asset but not required.
Other candidate ATS and/or CRMs experience can include Taleo, EightFold, Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors).
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team.
Experience recruiting in the financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or similar is preferred.
Must live within commutable distance to the Client NYC office off Vesey.
This position is hybrid in the office 3 days a week. Will attend events in the office to support hiring for that location from time to time.
