Quality Improvement Auditor (Clinical)

Title: Quality Improvement Auditor (Clinical)
Duration: 06 Months 
Location: Remote (08:00am/5:00pm AZ time, with 1 hour lunch, Mon – Fri)

Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

• RN or LPN/LVN will review medical records to determine if they meet predetermined requirements/standards for HEDIS measures and collect associated data. Previous HEDIS experience preferred.

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

• Individual will review between 50-100 records per 8-hour day (based on HEDIS measures reviewed) with 95% or better accuracy.

1.	RN, LVN, LPN License			1.	Provider Office Experience (Pediatric, Family/Internal Medicine, etc.)
