Role: Promo Operations Associate Location: Remote - US Duration: 7 Months Schedule: 40hrs a week (M - F)
Overview: Join the Ads Promotions Operations team to manage promotional and advertising campaigns across the restaurant business. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality experiences for consumers and merchants while driving performance for advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
Own rapid-turn promo campaigns for enterprise and mid-market restaurants
Partner cross-functionally with account teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
Navigate a bifurcated campaign management system while adopting a new Ads Manager flow
Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for campaign performance tracking
Assist with data entry projects to drive migration and adoption of Ads Manager
Work with product and engineering teams to drive product improvements for campaign accuracy and efficiency
Utilize AI-supported tools to create process improvements for efficient workflows
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data audit (high-growth startup experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage effectively in a matrixed environment
2 years of experience writing SQL queries and diagnosing data
Extremely organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing high volume in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in changing environments and is eager to expand skill set
Preferred Qualifications:
Design experience with industry-leading tools such as Figma and Photoshop
Experience driving product improvements with cross-functional teams
Utilized AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to enhance workflows
Experience pulling reports from Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or similar data tools
