Job Description: Job Title: Program Manager Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote) Duration: 12 Months
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
May require a bachelor's degree in Project Manage or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience with writing SOPs is required.
Experience with technical products is a plus (system driven products ex. Online support solution, transportation management optimization)
Experience with collaboration with various countries and regions a plus.
Needs to be able to communicate and write clear and concisely

Managed product launches
Our Senior Program Manager is on maternity leave and this creates a critical gap in our program management capabilities. To ensure the continuity of existing programs and upcoming OP program in 2025, we require immediate support in the form of a contract Program Manager.
Current Challenges: 1) Resource Gap: The absence of our L6 Program Manager has left us with limited capacity to manage the existing program portfolio effectively. 2) Increased Workload: The upcoming OP programs in 2025 will significantly increase the workload of the current program manager, further straining our existing resource. 3) Risk of Project Delivery: Without adequate program management support, we risk delays and potential quality issues in our projects, impacting our ability to meet business objectives.

Day to day:
Driving product pilot, launch and post launch work
Work with product manager, stakeholder to create launch plan, risk mitigation plan etc and get sign off on the plan
Will be following plan through lifecycle. Working closely with product team.
Deal with escalation and fix issues before it disrupts the project
Take data as result of pilot and present results to various stakeholders to see if it will be go or no go on real launch.
Will be writing SOPs
Own and manage 5 product launches on average.
Be able to analyze data and speak to it.
Need to be comfortable leading big call with high level stakeholders.
Will be working on multiple projects/products at the same time
Needs to be seasoned PM
Must Haves;
Minimum of 7 years of Project/program management experience with technical products
High communication verbal and written skills as they will be communicating with company executives on a regular basis.
Experience with SOPs, and collaboration with various countries and regions.
