Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative ProjectProgram Manager to join our Public Policy team. This role is responsible for coordinating and completing events with stakeholders who support our external advocacy and business objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects and requirements of their projects, including structuring foundational components, adhering to and creating processes, and working in a highly collaborative setting to execute highvisibility engagements.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and complete events with stakeholders to support external advocacy and business objectives.Oversee all aspects of project requirements, including structuring activities, adhering to processes, and executing highvisibility engagements.Perform a variety of tasks with strong logistical and creative acumen, while leading and directing the work of others.Build out programmatic activities with policy groups and leaders to showcase priorities and cultivate goodwill.Plan and host events to tell our story to public policy leaders and stakeholders through physical visits.Elevate partnerships and offerings through logistics planning, engagement, and events.Field adhoc requests and manage external engagements.Work at the intersection of marketing, communication, public policy, and project management.Qualifications:Bachelors degree required.Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in strategizing, planning, and executing policyrelated events.Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.Public policy experience is a must.Experience in campaign management, fundraising, or museum work is a plus.Strong leadership principles: Earns Trust, Learn and be Curious, Think Big.Detailoriented and collaborative.Ability to work in a creative, outsidethebox manner and handle ambiguity.Excellent understanding of offerings in Seattle, with potential to expand support to Canada and eventually all of the US West.Ability to engage with public policy leaders and shape the organizations message in the public policy sphere.Work Environment:Collaborative environment where the team can have fun but works hard.Opportunity to work with a large subset of a 250person team.Engage in highlevel, stable projects with significant public policy and reputational value.
