Job Description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Seattle (Hybrid)
 
Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, HSD/GED minimum.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management
  • Software: MS office, experience with asana or other PM software experience.
  • PLM tool experience would be a plus.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Stakeholder management
  • Meeting notes gathering and sending out updates.
  • Tracker creation would be a plus as well.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Business rebrands, bigger to smaller brand architecture.
  • Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
  • Workflow w/ direct tasks need to be done.
  • Working off of expected tasks – project management heavy
  • Help scale the full-time team who are focusing on other tasks
  • May be creating trackers
  • Making sure teammates are meeting deadlines and moving through tasks within correct time frame.
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Working with cross functional teams
 
Must Have:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management
  • Software: MS office and any PM software or PLM tools.
  • Exp w/ stakeholder management, working w/ cross functional teams.
